Vote and win: Should Justin Beiber spend the rest of his life in jail ?
In case you were wondering why exactly we have posted a picture of a large group of screaming girls and a rather fluffy picture of Justin Beiber above these very words the answer is simple – news reaches the L’Onglex beauty desk that Justin may be soon appearing before a court in Liverpool charged with inciting a riot.
Having wrought havoc on these shores during the last week Justin recently moved his formidable pop powers onto the citizens of Liverpool where, rather than things being quieter, the pandemonium caused by screaming teenage fans just got worse. Such was the chaos and so fearful were the powers that be of a riot, that Justin was warned that any attempts to leave his hotel would cause such a commotion that his actions would be considered a breach of public order ….. the ultimate sanction being a lengthy spell in jail.
So if Justin leaves his hotel he goes to jail, and if he stays in his hotel he ends up being locked up …. so ….. we wondered how many L’Onglex readers would find the idea of the Beiber spending the rest of his natural life in custody a triumph or a tragedy ?

Having heard the news that a recent survey voted the Go Compare ad as the worst in living memory it did make us wonder whether this was really true.
With nothing better to do today than read polls and trawl YouTube we’ve taken the liberty of picking what we think are the worst adverts ever made and would like you give us your opinion on the subject. The five contenders are linked below and as always, once you’ve done the vote feel free to leave a comment here and put your name in the hat for a L’Onglex goodie bag. Be warned though, they’re crap but catchy !

Seems the new ad for Heat by Beyonce is causing something of a stir for those over in the UK. Recently deemed too “sexually provocative” and “unsuitable for young children” by the Advertising Standards Agency they’ve banned the ad being broadcast before 7:30pm.
L’Onglex has been jabbering about this all morning and in the end we decided to put the subject to a vote. Aside from the fact that banning the advert will make every ten year old want to watch it on YouTube we figure we’d let you decide.

L’Onglex poll: Can you leave the house without slap ?
The other day L’Onglex was reading one of those Q&A’s with some celebrity type and came across a question which asked whether said celebrity ever left the house without make-up …. naturally the celebrity wanting to appear all normal said something like “oh yeh … all the time” at which point L’Onglex said something like “Yeh right.”
Some time later it occurred to L’Onglex that we were being a bit unfair. Casting our minds back we struggled to find a time when we ourselves had actually been out without at least something that resembled a full face and we don’t have camera lenses pointing at us from every angle.
So. The subject of this weeks poll is simply this … we’d like to know ( hand on heart ) how many of you actually do go out in public without make-up. As it’s very very very nearly Halloween we thought we’d run up a L’Onglex poll on the subject of scary make-up. Well, actually, to be more precise L’Onglex would like to know your thoughts on scary celebrity make-up.
Naturally we figure that looking like something out of Fright Night can happen to the best of us at any time but since we don’t have access to make-up artists, salons and stylists we think we should be excused the odd off-day.
